In early 2021 Knauf Belgium entrusted me with the task of purchasing an event truck and developing a „Knauf on Tour” concept to organise training and promotional activities at our distributors’ sites in the coming years. How on earth do you start this without any experience in the industry? After extensive market research throughout Europe and even the UK, positive and less positive experiences, we finally chose Serge as our partner. And so far we have not regretted it for a second.
Without exaggeration, I dare say that I have never known a business partner like Serge. Serge understands the art of grasping the client’s precise needs and translating them into tailor-made concepts. Moreover, he manages to do this while respecting the budget and deadlines. But even after the sale, Serge remains accessible for advice, extra services and logistic support. For Serge, a sale seems only to be successful if the customer recommends his services to his own network. Well, here it is, if you are looking for an event partner, you should definitely talk to Serge. And who knows, you might even win a friend.
